SB International makes rides for younger children where the watchword is "Interactivity". They make cars, trucks, tractors, boats and excavators, among other things, and have customers all over the world. NPP makes all the sheet metal parts that sit on their product Mini Digger and our colleagues at QPC paint them.
Petter Lindh, Export Manager at SB International says that they need to buy special products as there are no other options on the market for them because they manufacture unique products. "We have clear drawings of how we need our products and are properly guided there, but have still been able to make a lot of product improvements since we started working with NPP," he says .
Joacim Samuelsson, production and purchasing manager at SB International says that they have been a customer of NPP for about two years and thinks that the collaboration works well: " NPP are good at handling problems and we have always had a good dialogue, which we appreciate".
The biggest advantage of NPP, according to Joacim, is that they can have fast and clear communication, and that the products maintain a high quality. He also thinks that it is a great advantage that NPP has a good fleet of machines and maintains good order as it facilitates the work and improves the final product.
"Something I really appreciate is that NPP was very quick to get here once we decided to start a production. They showed that they were interested and they still do," concludes Joacim.
